How can I place a Domestic US order?

Online: You can place your order online by adding your item to the shopping cart and then clicking on the Check Out Button to enter your payment and shipping information. Shipping Charges will be reflected in your order and your order will be processed once it is completed within 1 to 3 business days. 

By Phone: You can also place your order by phone by calling us at (866) 899 2837 or send us an email with your phone number and best time to reach you and we will contact you to take your order over the phone.

How can I place and International Order?

We accept international orders for over $250.00 US dollars. Because shipping charges vary for International Orders depending in product and location, there are several steps to place and international order. Your credit card will not be charge until all steps for International Order are completed and approved by you. 

Step 1. Add your item to the shopping cart and then clicking on the Check Out Button to enter your contact and shipping information. Your credit card information will not be ask in this step.

Step2. Based on the information you provide us in step 1, we will calculate the shipping charges and send you an invoice to the email address provided. This invoice will reflect all the details about your order,  including the total cost of your item (s) and shipping charges. An Estimate Number with a link to our Online Order Center will be also provided. 

Step3. Visit our Online Order Center and securely place your order using a credit card. An Estimated Number will be needed to use this service. At this point, your credit card will be charge for the amount shown in the invoice and your order will be processed within 1 to 3 business days.

How long will it take to get my item (s)?

We process your order within 1 to 3 business days and it is shipped using regular ground service through UPS, Fedex , USPS for domestic order. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery. 

Oversize Items like Retention Tank are shipped by truck. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery.

For international order, we use world wide express delivery through UPS or Fedex and it usually take 4 to 5 business days.

Where my order will be shipped from?

Depending on the item, your order will be shipped from the manufacture, distributor  or from our office.

Would my water filters be ready to install when I receive them? 

No oversize items like Reverse Osmosis Systems, Counter top water filters, under sink filters, water coolers, pressure tanks, shower filters, feeder systems, water distillers and ultraviolet drinking water filters will be ready to install.

In the majority of the cases, we ship oversize items via truck within one to two business days of receiving your payment. You will get the equipments completely assembled, ready to install.

In rare cases where actual shipping charges considerable exceed our flat $100.00 fee, we will ship via UPS. Please notice that the filter media when the system is shipped through UPS will be shipped in a different package than the system. You will receive 5 boxes which each systems. You will need to load the media prior to installation. This is an easy to do process and it may take anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes. Please visit our Loading media Guide for more information. You will be notified via email, if we have to ship via UPS.

What are my delivery options?   

For domestic orders, we ship using regular ground service through UPS, Fedex or USPS.  Other delivery services offer by these carriers may be available for an additional cost. Please contact us.

For oversize items like retention tanks, we use truck delivery option. This option is also available for pre-assembled water conditioners, iron filters and backwash systems. 

For international order, we use world wide express delivery through UPS or Fedex.

Where Can I get installation instructions?

The systems owner manual provided by the manufacturers comes with installation instructions. We are working in getting these manuals online in the near future. We have developed Additional Installation Information that you may want to browse and see if we have cover your questions. If you need any further guide for installation, you can always contact us an our installers will be able to help you.

Do you have an store close to my location?

We provide in home water analysis, recommendation, sales, installation and repair services and maintenance of our systems  in the Tampa Bay area, Fl. We may be able to arrange installation services within the state of Florida. Please call us for details. We do not have any other location outside Tampa Bay area.

Can I get a catalog in the mail?

We do not practice mail catalog sales. You may be able to request more information about an specific product, and we can mail the information to you.
