Formula Products for Rust Stain Prevention.

Rid O' Rust formula products "chelate" or "sequester" the ferrous iron well water, preventing the ferrous iron from combining with oxygen and to form ferric oxygen. Rid O' Rust formula products do not, then remove the iron, they neutralize or coat the iron so that it won't react with air. The formulas are introduced into the well water line via a feeder system, either a siphoning system or an injection system. The amount of formula to be mixed with water in the feed tank is determine by the analysis of the well water as well as determination of the irrigation system flow rate.
